1. Scope & provider
These terms govern use of the FungiFind web app and PWA, operated by LIFECO GmbH, Forsthausgasse 16-20/13/7, 1200 Vienna, Austria (company register 502150g, UID ATU73826167). By registering or using the app you accept these terms.
2. Service & pricing
FungiFind provides weather-based mushroom probability maps, encyclopedia content, and optional community features. Basic use is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future with prior notice to registered users. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
3. Account
You must keep credentials secure, provide accurate information, and meet minimum age requirements (16+; 18+ for sensitive psychoactive content). We may suspend or delete accounts for violations.
4. Mushroom disclaimer
No edibility guarantee. Scores and weather data are estimates only. Never consume mushrooms unless identified by a qualified expert. You use the app at your own risk.
In Austria: emergency 144, poison hotline 145. Psychoactive species information is educational only — illegal possession/consumption in most EU countries.
5. User content
By uploading finds, photos, and comments you grant LIFECO GmbH a non-exclusive license to display and technically process content for operating the community features.
6. Prohibited conduct
No illegal content, dangerous misidentifications, spam, scraping, security attacks, or publishing others' personal data without consent.
7. Moderation
We may remove content and restrict accounts. No entitlement to permanent availability of features.
8. Liability & law
Limited liability as permitted under Austrian law. Austrian law applies. See full German terms and Privacy Policy.
